The information in the register is obtained during the formation of a customer relationship and from the notifications made by the customer to the data controller.
Updates to name and contact information may also be obtained from authorities and companies providing updating services. Information may also be received from service providers and subcontractors related to the use or provision of services or B2B target groups. Data can also be gathered and supplemented from social media, public networks, and service providers who offer this information. Information can also be obtained from customer events.
The information in the register is supplemented by data from Signal Partners’ website (cookies) and information tracked through forms filled out by the customer, as well as data on email direct marketing services such as sending, opening, clicking, and unsubscribing.
6. Disclosure of Data
Customer register information is used exclusively by the company, except when using external service providers for marketing Signal Partners' products and services, providing value-added services, supporting credit decisions, debt collection, or invoicing, as well as when required by law.
